Services

Galcosoft provides a referral management platform that connects institutes, advisors, and students.

The platform allows:

• Institute registration
• Advisor management
• Student referral tracking
• Admission referral management

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Membership Fees

• Institute Membership Fee: ₹10 per year
• Advisor Activation Fee: ₹1 per advisor

Fees may be revised at any time with prior notice.

Advisor Referrals

Institutes are solely responsible for determining advisor commissions and referral policies.

Galcosoft acts only as a platform provider and is not responsible for commission disputes between institutes and advisors.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Submit false information
• Misuse student data
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

Galcosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
