Membership Fees
All membership and advisor activation fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated and services have been made available.
Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payment due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but membership is not activated, please contact our support team. After verification, the issue will be resolved or a refund will be processed where applicable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
